I love my work as a Realtor. Where else can you do
what you love and have so much fun? Here are some notes from my
wonderful clients:
We can’t thank you enough for really doing more than you are
required as the real estate agent and for never hesitating to help in any
way you can with our special situation.
Bonnie & Steve
We just wanted to thank you for all the hard work you’ve done for us the
last few months. You’ve really helped us and it’s been a
pleasure.
Rob, Kim & Emily
I just wanted to let you know it was an absolute pleasure to work with
you, and I appreciate all your assistance. Every decision I made I felt
confident in. That was in great part because of you.
Miles
I wanted to thank you for all of the help and advice that you gave me
during this process.
John
You help make people’s dreams come true.

Relax and Enjoy
Home buying can be stressful. That's why it's important to have a game
plan and stick to it. If you do, your stress level will be minimized
and you can enjoy the process
Make a List
Make a detailed list of what you are looking for in a home. What are
your priorities? A big backyard for the kids? A huge master bedroom? A
modern kitchen? Know what you want and pursue it. Also, identify areas
where you are willing to compromise and where you aren't. This will
help at decision time.
Devise a
Plan And Get
Pre-Qualified
Developing a home buying plan can help you focus on the important
factors and organize the entire process. You may even want to use a
notebook with sections on house hunting, financing, etc. Getting
pre-qualified on your loan helps determine the home price you can
afford and presents you as a legitimate prospect to the seller. A
lender typically uses the 28% formula in approving your loan (your
monthly mortgage may not exceed 28% of your monthly income). Planning
your actions and getting pre-qualified will allow will save both time
and money!
Make Fair
Offers
Sellers get turned off when buyers make very low offers. Make fair
offers. Let me help you come up with a strategy for the negotiations.
Look Past
the Decor
It's easy to get turned off by homes that are unclean, or poorly
decorated. Use your imagination to picture the house in a clean,
nicely decorated state. Afterall, it could be your dream home.
